What’s your strategy? How do you decide on your level of involvement in various committees and workgroups?
In certain cases, it may be easier if you can check whether the items on the agenda concern your portfolio, but at other times, certain decisions may indirectly affect you and it’s a little more difficult to figure out whether it’s worth it to attend that meeting / get involved in that workgroup.
