So I see a link for *Managing Attachments *but it doesn’t let you manage anything. I can’t remove any of my attachments and they’re just there y’know? How do I go about getting rid of my attachments?
Also, when I add an external URL without retrieving it on GS, why does it not disappear even though I have removed it from the external source? Surely, the whole point of not retrieving and referencing it on GS is then moot and GS does store the object on its servers. Defies the purpose!
as far as i know you cannot delete the attachments thus they stay on the server…if you right click on home in your ‘manage attachments’ window you will see that the delete button is disabled.

i’ll say dont use ‘manage attachments’ if you dont wanna see your uploaded images when you dont need them any more…instead use

I now realized that I deleted it within 4-5 minutes. Maybe there is a window within which you can delete the attachment, just like 24 hours window for the post.
