So my cousin had a book thrown at her by her mananger at a property agency she works for because she made a mistake or something. He’s done it once before but gave her a written apology.

What can she do

Jackpot!! Its a straightforward lawsuit. There is no way he can defend himself. And i dont see any repercussion either. your cousin can turn this lawsuit either way i mean as hard as she wants.
