Just wondering to seek advice from friends in Pakistan. Would somebody mind sharing information about job market in management field at Lahore and Islamabad.
I have recently done MSc in Human Resource Management from a good business school of UK. And I am interested in working at home country. I am trying hard to find some online resource for jobs search. I dont know where the organizations post their vacancies. I also want to know if there are recruitment agencies in Pakistan, I recently Abacus recruitment but unfortunatey I couldnt get a good response. Another funny but worth asking question, what is the expected salary of entry level management position. And finally I also want to know the working environment for girls in pakistan. I am sure it is positive and supportive.
Hoping to hear from somebody with good piece of information.

There are lots of companies hiring specially banks and telecom sector, but it seems like you are not in pakistan
entry level is 20-40k
there is good potential in HR for girls in pakistan

Thanks code..Well I am really not in Pakistan at the moment but am expecting to return in mid of february. I have worked with 2 british companies on fixed term contracts during my degree. So i have total 8 months HR related experience and I am having another 1 year work experience in research from UK. If I add research experience of Pakistan then it is 3 yrs in total (excluding HR experience).
I dont know where I am standing from Paksitan's employer point of view.

It is important that you carefully analyse the potential employer. There is big demand of HR executives in pakistan as lot of investment is pouring in. Nestle, Telenor, Warid , ICI , leverbrothers, packages etc these are good names, they offer handsome packages

Toppings..HR in Pak is very diff than HR in UK. My cousin who was top HR guy at a mutinational pharma just moved to Uk from PAK. He has been in the HR worls in pak since 1991 or so. if u have specific questions I can ask him.

Thanks again code, for your time. So you meant I should individually browse the websites of companies that you telling me. Well I saw the Nestle one, but I think either they dont post their advertisements on their website or they dont have vacancies. They just ask you to submit your CV. I am happy to hear HR has good scope in pk but I am wondering you are talking about executive level..over here I think it is used for senior positions..How come I can find myself confident when I am on entry level position.
Also Fraudia thanks for your reply. I dont have any other specific Q except the ones I raised in my thread in the beginning. I f you ask your cousin on this matter then it would be great.
