liHaaz and Khayaal is due on us when it comes matters relating to parents. we have an obligation to love and respect our parents. This is Allah’s order…there is no ifs and buts.
having said that, it also doesn’t mean that you ignore your wife. what it really means is to strike a balance and find a compromise. both have their rights and privileges. we should treat both with, love, respect and dignity.
