He further said the complainant had also failed to prove his case before a local Punchayat. He also demanded strict action against the police officials concerned and the members of the Punchayat.
There are always two sides of the story. You just can not jump on conclusion like that. A tutor can not be so influential to get away with this kind of crime. Even he is that influential, the super CM of Punjab or human rights people would have done some thing by now. Does Nawabpur incident or Mukhtaran Mai case ring some bells?

^ on the same token, Afzal involved his brother, sister and niece to help him rape a 13 years old? I know that Pakistan is all messed up but its not that messed up that sisters and nieces help their maamoons and bhai's to rape 13 years old girls.
