-and sometime they dont let them marry at all cuz of the property.
-and sometime they forcefully marry them (females of mature ages) to some infant cuz there aint anyone else available in the khandan/baradari (family-extended family).

This and all other cast stuff is crap. It's amazing that people have come as far as in the US and still sticking with Indian cultural BS. Mom's looking for a rishta for my brother and we have no restriction of the cast as long as the girl is a Muslim but a couple of girls' parents wanted "khan" and whatever the other cast is. Someone smack some sense into those knuckleheads.
