Pardon me I didn’t meant in anyway to sound rude. When I asked about Iran because I never heard before. I haven’t came across a hadith which support this and tell what exactly its says what to do in this situation. However I found these info while searching on net.
Book 38, Number 4450: Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: There is no prescribed punishment for one who has sexual intercourse with an animal.
Book 38, Number 4449: Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him. I (Ikrimah) said: I asked him (Ibn Abbas): What offence can be attributed to the animal/ He replied: I think he (the Prophet) disapproved of its flesh being eaten when such a thing had been done to it.

I’m not clear about the order of kill both or else.
I didnt mean you were rude to me, i know you know me. I just wrote that disclaimer statement for others who may come start blasting me. You dont have anything to apologize about.

Now it came from ‘controversy’ section of that page, so i guess it was all a propaganda against Khomeini.
