I’m surprised no one has opened a thread about Mamma Mia yet, though I supposed it’s opening was overshadowed by The Dark Knight and other summer blockbusters. So did anyone see it?
I saw it and really enjoyed it. It’s a fun movie and full of musical cheesiness. Any Bollywood fans would probably enjoy it as well. I never saw the live show, so I don’t know how it compares…

I've seen the live show at least 3 times when it was playing here in Toronto. I don't know if I'll enjoy the movie, although I LOVE Abba.

I absolutely love abba...but never got the chance to see the real show either.....I am definitely going to check out the movie.

I wasn't impressed so much, I thought the whole concept was kind of silly, but maybe it was meant to be silly? Don't know.
