wordpress is really good. My blog was wordpress till I got frustated with IImage browser plugin and moved to s9y.

I have yet not supported a particular app. or said to use this instead of that cause its better. I’m giving u REAL reasons why tikiwiki’s imageMagick requirement can be problem and phpnuke not being free is a problem.

like is said, making s9y backend into mambo capability will require considerable amount of work. it ISN’T as simple as u claim it to be.

For the record, PHP-Nuke IS free. $10 is to support the hosting and author as a donation. If you want a copy, I can post many sites where you can find it for free. It is also also open source and released under GPL.

I am not really sure if they were kicked. I think they all resigned and left, must have been some disagreement on some issue. Actually Miro and Mambo were a team long time ago, then Miro left and then again maybe 6-7 months ago Miro joined Mambo again, and now they split again.
I also noticed the mamboforge server being offline a lot of times, even though they replaced the old server with a new one just a week ago, but that server can’t bear the load and if offline again. And with this server being offline, there is not much left for the users (as all projects are hosted there and all the files have to be downloaded from there)
