ohhhhh, i luv Ammi ke haath ka khaana as well 
iv’e never actually come across anyone who doesn’t like their Mum’s cooking… and u know what its all practise when it comes to khaana pakaana, thats what iv’e been told.
However, what helps is those little tootke that your Mum knows, things she does that no one else does… that makes a lot of difference 
Besides, get 10 ladies to make karha’i gosht and all 10 will end up cooking food that tastes a tad bit different… haath haath ki baat hoti hai
