I downloeded a Ebook which contained some milk shake recipes in every recipe
maltodextrin powder was used…can anybody tell me whats this power all about??

its a sweet powder like sugar but contains less calories than sugar and doesn't spike your glucose level that much as sugar does when it goes into body.

oh i see but why the hell they said add two scoops of this powde it will help in gaining some mass

^well thats going to be a very lousy shake for mass building....there gotta be a protein powder mix in that recipe that you red.
