If govt/military can postpone the “missing” persons case for so many months/years why is it not possible for security apparatus to do same with likes of Malik Ishaq?

May be because in this case army is not involved.
But if Iftikhar and co. really care about people then why can’t they postpone the cases of these fasaadis themselves?

The problem is not CJ or judiciary alone, there are many politicians, estab, security people who are hand-in-hand with likes of Malik Ishaq. They let him play to certain extent but they can’t slap him on face when he crosses his line, they are ‘friend’ as well as ‘afraid’ of him, more like a mafia.

It is well known fact that Taliban sympathizers are present everywhere. So what you are saying is nothing new.
But what is deploring is that the courts are hand in hand to those SSP and LJ supporters. And it these same courts who otherwise claim to be the torch-bearers of law.
What it shows is that Iftikhar and his ilk are hypocrites. These hypocrites use law for their own purpose. And this make them no different from any other politician, military dictator, or establishment.
