Sure something could be done if there is a will to take action. But Iftikhar seems to be ignoring this HUGE problem deliberately. He would take suo moto action for a frustrated Waheeda Shah slapping somebody but would let go known terrorist scot-free innocently saying that there was not enough evidence.
He doesn’t care that the courts’ lack of action against there terrorists is emboldening them and when they let them go free then they go back to kill more innocent people for their beliefs.
