Foreign Affairs and Defense along with Finance are a country’s core Ministries…Economy is in ruins anyways. if they are not under the democratic government then be ready for anything, yes, including another coup de’tat by the armed forces.

i can’t imagine a democratic government which has no control over it’s foreign, finance and defense ministries. what’s the democracy worth then?
