I don’t know any desi ones, but my nurse anesthetist was a male when I was having my baby. The one who actually put in the epidural was a female, but the one who took over and managed the medication was a male. No one even blinked an eye. I didn’t think anything of it at all. My husband is a physician and says he sees many male nurses, especially anesthetists.

Haha! I hope to be in that position one day- in the anesthetist’s, just for clarity lol.
