Loss of a little bit of sensation would still be better than no satisfaction at all tho, or actual pain.. Must be horrific going thru that every time you do “it”, go the toilet and give birth.. Sounds like a life sentence..
I am no doctor, but I believe there is a risk for complications in most all surgical procedures. There is nothing wrong in discussing the necessity of male circumcision, and whether its wise to take this risk with ones children’s life or not. Any complications will certaily lead to a ruined life for the child involved.
But its still not mutilation, if done properly and no complications arise.
Experts cite benefits and disadvantages. IMO debate should rather be about the necessity and risk for complications, and then decide whether its wise or not to perform ritual male circumcision.
And this debate should not be shunned vehemently, just because you believe it goes against your religious belief.
Your childs well being should prevail over (perceived) religious belief each and every time.
