I think some do now atleast in the west. I know a couple where the male was infertile. Both went for testing. So now they adopted a kid from china.

The problem is not limited to just fertility / infertility. Like ‘Abaghan - Unlucky’ is normally attributed to ladies. As if all men are Bhaghyashalya (Lucky).
