Male circumcision

Again I hear that changing any part of your body is haram but then isn’t circumcision changing the body? Then I hear that people get circumcised because it’s easier to stay healthy and clean that way but I’m thinking that would Allah make us with a circumcised penis instead of getting circumcised later on in life, it saves time and lives. But circumcision is very dangerous, just a few days ago many people in South Africa died due to it.

I am not sure who thinks changing your body for a reason haram.

Yes and shaving your neck by razor too if not careful. There are so many other necessary surgeries which are way more dangerous than circumcision.
