1- Hazrat Umer (R.A) beheaded a Person due to non compliance of the judgment given By Prophet (PBUH) And our Prophet did not say anythng to Hazrat Umer (R.A)
2- Prophet (PBUH) announced, general Amnesty to all except those who were guilty of blasphemous statments. Ibn-e-khatal was one of the convicts. Prophet (PBUH) ordered to kill him. Reference : (Sahi Bukhari Volume, book 59, number 582.)
3- In Qurran , ALLAH says : The Punishment of those, who wage war against Allah and His Prophet (PBUH) and strife with might for mischief through the land is : execuation or crucifixiion or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides or exile from the land. That is their disgrace in this world and a heavy Punishment is theirs in the hereafter (Surah Al-Maidha 5 :33)
