Re: Malala's father Ziauddin Yusufzai named special UN advisor on education!
The military campaign suits those who are fighting to establish a state within a state. If they lay down their weapons, renounce violence, recognise the constitution and seek forgiveness for their actions. I don't think anyone would have any problem in reconciling with them. But if reconciling means surrendering the country to them it's not a good idea.
By the during the 2009 Swat operation consensus of the country was to go after TTP, only Imran Khan was in the opposite camp and history has proven his stance wrong.

History is being written as we speak ... I give it another 12 to 18 months at the most to see who is wrong. But one thing is for sure the Pakistani army has no need to call in the help of the US army ... they can do the job themselves if they so wish it. The problem is they don't wish it. They want to continue playing dirty ... It's like paintball - the Pakistanis have the venue and charge the Americans a fee to use the ground for their games ... Americans get their enjoyment and Pakistani elite get their cash.
THE head of the Taliban’s “foreign legion” which handles European terror cells has ordered fanatics to kill the schoolgirl shot in the head for fighting for women’s education.
In a 28-minute online rant, spiritual leader Abu Dharr Azzam issued a fatwa against Malala Yousufzai claiming she had gone on a “crusade against Islam”.
The move will heighten concerns for the safety of the 15-year-old – recovering in a secret *location in the UK after being released from hospital on Friday.
Azzam specialises in preaching to EU recruits fighting alongside terrorists – a 2011 video showed him lecturing a group which *included two Germans.
Malala, meanwhile, is set to be awarded the US Congressional Gold Medal for services to education, justice and equality.
A would-be assassin shot her as she *travelled on a school bus in Pakistan in October, but she survived and was flown to the UK for treatment.
She and her family are staying in the West Midlands.

Yes, you see that is exactly what is being said here ... But it is not because of her really ... She has been campaigning for girls education for a long time ... she has been managing to get girls their education for a long time ... the government and media were relatively quiet when the schools were bombed ... It was and never has been about education ... nor sir ... not for the West and not for the media machine ... It was because of her "attack" that has led to the focus to come back on education for girls ... where has the focus been taken from? It has been taken away from the drone strikes ... So on one hand ... you are giving credit to a girl for bringing focus on to education ... but in reality she didn't bring that focus ... it was her attacker that brought that focus on girls education ... and secondly where has it been taken away from? Drone strikes ...
You continue to dodge my question. Let me ask you another question. What made the Taliban attack Malala. It was not a random attack. It was a premeditated attack. Why did the attacker choose Malala. Was it by random. You have to understand that these guys were worried about her growing popularity and resilience. I understand these are uncomfortable questions for which you do not have answers. Please try a new spin for this now as you have done in this post. The focus was not taken away from Drone attacks to education.
Trust me, any situation in any moral system - education focus should not replace the focus that was previously on drones strikes ... the need for a good and fair education system is secondary to the rights of people to live in safety.
So now education is not priority. Why just worry about the Drone attacks, why not make a hue and cry about the thousands killed by the Taliban.
