The military campaign suits those who are fighting to establish a state within a state. If they lay down their weapons, renounce violence, recognise the constitution and seek forgiveness for their actions. I don’t think anyone would have any problem in reconciling with them. But if reconciling means surrendering the country to them it’s not a good idea.
