Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

So the most hated person in Pakistan Malala and her father Ziauddin Yousufzai has started petition to nominate AdulSattar Edhi for Noble peace prize.

I just wonder wut conspiracy theorists come up with now after she was already declared Yahudi agent who shot herself to get UK visa etc etc.

Would you vote in Yousufzai’s petition for Edhi?

Nominate Abdul Sattar Edhi for the Nobel Peace Prize 2016[https://d22r54gnmuhwmk.cloudfront.net/photos/0/gl/ok/BhGlokSnLMwGeXt-128x128-noPad.jpg?1426193711

Abdul Sattar Edhi is one of the most famous and well-respected people in Pakistan - a philanthropist, social activist and humanitarian. He has dedicated his life to helping others and his fleet of free ambulances have become a common feature of everyday life in Pakistan.
**
He is 87 years old and this year I would like to see his life’s work recognised with the Nobel Peace Prize.**
**
When my daughter Malala won the Nobel Peace Prize my pride was immeasurable** – words alone cannot express the overwhelming flood of emotions my wife and I felt. The award has elevated the profile and importance of education for every girl and every child globally.** I believe Edhi deserves such an honour.**
**
Edhi runs a nation-wide network of ambulances and emergency services.** In a country where terrorism, poverty, natural disasters are a regular phenomenon, his foundation gives medical and emergency support to people all over Pakistan. **He gives shelter to orphaned children and the destitute, free medical care, drug rehabilitation services and disaster relief. In times of trouble Edhi’s ambulances roam where even the law enforcement agencies do not. **Edhi has worked selflessly for several decades in serving the people of our great nation.

Thanks to Edhi’s efforts, supported by his equally inspirational partner and wife, Bilquis Edhi, emergency and trauma care has been transformed in Pakistan and is now available to everyone irrespective of gender, class, caste, social standing or age.

As an educator, humanitarian and social activist, I have read about the essence of humanity but have only seen true humanity in motion through the efforts of Edhi and his Foundation.

With each passing day I am only too well aware of Edhi’s failing health, which began to rapidly deteriorate over the last twelve months. With this in mind, I would like to stress the urgency in Edhi being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2016 in recognition of his services to the people of Pakistan.

He is not only a leading light in my home country, he is a global firebrand who will continue to lead the way in inspiring others through his legacy.**Please show your support for Edhi by signing this petition and raising your voice with me for this living legend who has transformed the lives of so many and sets an example to each of us about how to live our lives.

app ki reply dekh kar aik joke yaad aagiya..

Allah nay dozakh main har jagah farisy khary kiye thay takay jahunumi jannat main na jaskahin... siwaye aik jagah kay... uss jagah par pakistani thay... kionkay yeh log jab kisi ko jannat main jata dekhtay to tang khench laitay thay....

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

I don't what you are trying to imply by that joke.

But that post in this thread was an accident, I was in the middle of writing a post in PA. But a frantic backspace landed me here.

I'm pretty sure if I wanted to express myself here I would have written more than couple of two nonsensical and half finished words. Got it?

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Ok.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Malala and her dad are great people. Our people don't deserve them. That is why we have Bilawals and Sharifs.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

well said.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Abdul Sattar Edhi is already a champion of peace in my book, regardless of whether he does or doesnt get nominated for nobel prize. The nobel prize foundation lost atleast some respect in my eyes when they awarded peace nobel prize to Obama, who had done absolutely NOTHING to deserve it.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Of course, she wants to get into the news, she does it for attention, she shot herself in the head on purpose, etc etc etc.

Re: Malala’s father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

But they are not getting fair share in news since this petition. :hmmm:

Re: Malala’s father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

I’ve heard a lot about Edhi and his work through his foundation. There will always be conspiracy theorists in every society but it’s good to see that doesn’t stop people from doing good work.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Edhi doesn't care for these awards.

Malala and her dad, ofcourse, want to stay important in the news. Seriously, they got british papers now, can she shut up now and just go to school (that was her wish, wasn't it? To just go to school and education). They should focus on that ONLY.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Just for the record, there had been numerous online petitions from Pakistan to nominate Edhi for Nobel Prize for a very long time.

Malala's father now works for the Pakistan High Commission in UK, so maybe with bit of government backing, he might be able to garner more logistical support. Good to see him making some good use of his diplomatic post.

Re: Malala’s father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

Why you say She/He are most hated in Pakistan. I would strongly disgree. Though there are quite a few retards but I think general population dont hate them at all.

Re: Malala's father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

If Edhi did all this work from the goodness of his heart, I don't think that receiving the award would matter much to him. It's something that matters more to others than it does to him. Just my opinion.

Re: Malala’s father started petition for Edhi to have Noble peace prize

dont keep your hopes high you idiots … Next Noble will be mine after I bring great peace in the region by keeing muslims and mexican asses away from this great country :snooty:
