The fact that she has survived and likely to make a full (hopefully) recovery, after being shot in the head, should be enough of a hint to the beards that they are on the wrong side of the equation. Perhaps there is something watching over her.

Lets not go overboard, Alhamdolillah she survived, what if God-forbid she didn’t survive, would it have been okay to say ‘she died, God is on TTP side’?

Lets not degrade the situation, hopefully she will get her normal life back, we as nation should use incidents like this to unite against evil. We should not look everything as ‘conspiracy’.

The one to take life and the one to give life are same, the only difference is some time the apparent source to ‘take life’ seem to be human, IMO.
