One of the biggest known and respected Pakistani Malala yousufzai who happens to be one of the most criticized figure within Pakistan as well, specially in religious camps.
She is back in Pakistan right now for the first time after being shot, which ofcourse the pakistani critics say, was a “drama” to probably get a visa or something like that.
I’m sure the majority of Pakistan still calls her a “western puppet”.
Malala Yousafzai Returns to Pakistan for First Time Since Attack
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani activist for girls’ education and the world’s youngest Nobel laureate, returned to Pakistan early Thursday in her first visit since an attack by Taliban militants gravely wounded her in 2012.
Her homecoming was wrapped in relative secrecy, and details of her visit have not been publicly confirmed.
But Ms. Yousafzai, now 20 and studying at Oxford, is expected to stay mostly in Islamabad, the capital, during her four-day visit, where she met with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Thursday.
“I still can’t believe that it is actually happening,” Ms. Yousafzai said in a visibly emotional speech at the prime minister’s office. “In the last five years, I have always dreamed of coming back to my country.”
As the audience erupted into applause, Ms. Yousafzai broke into tears and for a moment cupped her hands to cover her face.
Bhai theek ha osay haqeeqat ma goli lagi aur waqae wo eduction ko support krna chahti hai. Abi support kia b nahi. Magr kaunsi aisi khidmat han jo nobel prize dia gya aur humari qaed azama bana di gayee?
she is the only one in this world who fought against terrorists?
there are thousands of Palestinian and Syrian children being attacked by oppressors like S and Russia.
Good to see Pakistan in Good news again!!! Malala is the reason this time!!! otherwise mulla parties dont let a moment go by when they do not do anything dumb!!!
She was standing up to those animals, when our generals in Islamabad were shi.tting in their Dhotis by the very thought of confronting the terrorists who were slaughtering the people of swat like animals.
A lot of the people who cry about Malala are idiotic nationalists who really think this specific incident is something that “makes Pakistan look bad.” Like..buddy…I’ve got some news for you.
pro-Malala anti-Malala both have some valid points, let them chose their own hero / villain, however people need to stay aware of the facts. I have seen facebook messages decrying ‘why Malala did not say something about …]’ (fill in blanks for crisis around the globe). Well, she did on many of them. But to award ‘Nobel’ peace prize was a bit too much IMHO, her family pics with American officials/generals/CIA that emerged soon after don’t help either, they got hijacked.
