yep you’re right the story is nothing new but it is script, direction, and acting which make all the difference. Same thing was true for Doraha - it wasn’t really a saas-bahu drama. This one is not really a I’m in love with my best friend drama.
I even liked the interaction of Lily and her husband because that’s how I sort of act at times with my husband haha!
I think we’ll get a repeat epi this week due to Eid since Hum does that for some oddly stupid reason.
