The fashion industry has seen a couple of incidences of malfunctions on the ramp off late. The latest victim is none other than Maliaka Arora Khan. At a recent fashion show by designer Manish Malhotra at the suburban hotel,Malaika walked on the ramp. When she was about to step on to the ramp she realized that the tube top she was showcasing was going to fall off.
It wastoo late for her to back off and she gracefully walked on the ramp holdingher top.
It was a situation where anybody could have panicked but being aprofessional
Malaika did not panic nor did she let it affect the show. The actress snugly wrapped her arms around the top and walked on the ramp without any discomfort on his face. Though people present there noted that there was something wrong the way she walked the ramp.
When contacted Malaika confirmed the news “yes, there was a costume malfunction but I realized it quickly and did not let it affect the show while I was on the ramp. I just held it in place and completed my walk.”
Kudos to Malaika who has proved what a true professional she is.
