Has anyone gt a tried and tested recipe for malai chicken? I recently tasted it when i went to pakistan but cant find it here.

Although I doubt that I’ve tried malai chicken, it sure sounds delicious. I don’t have tried and tested recipes, but here are some links that I hope will be helpful. I’ve had malai kofta which is like vegetable pakoras/paneer in creamy gravy or curry. I’m not sure if your malai chicken is a dish that comes with or without a gravy.
