Could anyone reccomend a way to get my nails shiny and keep them that way for as long a time as possible? i dont wanna use nail gloss (thats what they call it right?!lol) cos then my wudu wont be accepted. i do use a buffer and its pretty good but damn all that rubbing at my nails gets tiring! also, does anyone know if over use of a nail buffer can damage your nails?

It can if you use it a lot. Once a week, however, won't do any damage, as far as I know.
