so once the keema is defrosted and you’e mixed it with meat and stuff…phir kya karte ho? do you run the meat through a processor before adding the seasonings and stuff?

and then, how do you cook it? i never know how much oil to put in the pan and my kababs are always…weird.

Last time I cooked kababs they were crisp like cookies but that is a different matter I think which deserves another thread.
