Should I watch Serenity or A History of Violence? Both movies have received accolades from critics and fans alike.

My husband saw History of Violence last night and LOVED it. He said I would not enjoy it, though.

Haven't heard of Serenity but heard HOV is supposed to be good.

I saw Serenity. It was entertaining but predictable. It did have some very intriguing characters but they were left mostly unexplored (even the psychic honey). Serenity would make for a terrific TV serial.
