Decide to surprised my mommy wiz my coohking skilled by makings something news & differents :cool1: but after watchings zhee recipe, I’m not too sure I wanna proceed… Separate red chilli sauce, fry the chicken separate, then cook again in spices other than red chilli sauce. Then add only 2 tsps of sauce… Then add water and then corn floor / water mixture… Ahhh… too many steps endings up in confused me :silly:

I thinks, I’ll just went fryes big green chillies in 4 spices to impress her :bravo: That’ll be something differents too :woho:

Well cooking is fun if you take full interest… When i make something i imagine myself a professional cook making somthing for the clients lolz…That keeps me going..

I don’t like recipes which have many steps.
What did you end up making? How did it turn out?

Cooking is fun if :
1- You’re passionate about it.
2- You aren’t cooking on a daily basis.
3- You have others to clean up after you.
4- You don’t have numerous health issues to take care of while cooking.

Heeeelo girl :hat:

I ended up making…

…my tummy fuller than usual by eating a plate full of shorba chicken & a plate full of daal maash (both made by mommy) with achaar & 2 big Pakistani naans :eat:

I don’t boil the almonds. The kheer has some chopped almonds but mostly roasted coarsely ground almonds. I like the taste of roasted almonds. I love chocolate mousse :yummy:

Another strange thing that just happened… I had 4 notifications when I logged in. But when I clicked on ‘Notifications’ icon, there were only 2. It did not show me any for this topic. Hmm… :hmmm:

Yea LP, last time, I tried vanilla mousse for the first time & it was a refreshing change from chocolate. Also tried strawberry but didn’t like it much. And kheer with sprinkled roasted crushed almonds apni jaga hai.

P.S: "Thanks  "
