Cooking is fun if :
1- You’re passionate about it.
2- You aren’t cooking on a daily basis.
3- You have others to clean up after you.
4- You don’t have numerous health issues to take care of while cooking.

I don’t boil the almonds. The kheer has some chopped almonds but mostly roasted coarsely ground almonds. I like the taste of roasted almonds. I love chocolate mousse
Another strange thing that just happened… I had 4 notifications when I logged in. But when I clicked on ‘Notifications’ icon, there were only 2. It did not show me any for this topic. Hmm…
Yea LP, last time, I tried vanilla mousse for the first time & it was a refreshing change from chocolate. Also tried strawberry but didn’t like it much. And kheer with sprinkled roasted crushed almonds apni jaga hai.
