Pardon my eating habits I tend to use my hands and whats more since I am now limited to one or two meals a day I eat very agressively and literally obliterate the food like a tank. :D

Nothing irritates me much unless some bunch of mummydaddy & burger people try to eat with knife & fork even if they don’t know how to, just to show other people around them that they know how to eat with knife & fork. 
Nobody forced you to do this then why put yourself in difficulty.

It isn’t really I spose. But I’ve met some guys from back home who’s idea of eating ‘posh’ is stuff like eating pizza witha knife and fork, cos eating it with your hands is a paindoo thing to do

Hahahah knives and forks are pointless, spoons are about the only usefull utensil. Ever noticed how blunt the restuarant knives are?
Is it to make us struggle with cutting or is it just becuase they dont trust me with a sharp implement?

This is a very sensitive topic and no offense to anyone but my observation is that the people who don't adopt good hygiene and eating habits are perceived as arrogant and backward by foreigners. This is one of the reason Desiz are hated in the west. They smell like curry, don't have good hygiene, don't use deodorant, greasy hairs, not groomed etc etc. Just travel by a domestic airline in USA/EU and then travel from any gulf country to Islamabad, Peshawar and see the disgust on the faces of the fight attendants.

Anyway I get what you mean.
But with regards to Peshawar you'll be suprised its probably known as the most wild area in Pakistan but actually even there people are very civil and enlightened. The savagery is just in thier nature and used to the full to scare outsiders but if you get to know Peshawar well you'll be suprised by just how good they are as people.
I know in the west they say that with regards to Business you can get away with cold blooded murder so long as you keep it to the table.
Totally different to us Orientals you see we eat and drink heartily at the hearth and sit like friends at the table. Blood tends to be spilt outside more often in public view... but hell not many will understand this philosophy so I best leave it. :)

I also eat rice with fork because it gets the perfect amount of rice in my mouth. Not more not less just perfect. I find teaspoons too small and table spoon too big.
