And Huma: When I went to Pakistan two years ago, I also noticed the same thing about girls and the eyeliner. I felt like they lined their eyes wayyyyyyyyy too thick on the bottom. It was also summer time when I went… so you can imagine how well that makeup held up in that heat. The liner would always appear way too smudged and runny as opposed to crisp and solid … Arabic look?? no … Panda look??? yes … Racoon look ??? double yes.
