I run it under the tap, make sure it doubles up in size the way its meant to, squeeze out excess water until damp but not wet and leave it while I apply primer, foundation, etc.
For blending, I bounce the BB all over the face while blending it, go over areas that need more coverage, etc. Its the material, the bouncing action, etc I think that delivers such great results. It takes practice but once you nail it, you’re hooked.
