If you had to buy just one expensive, dept store brand (mac, lancome, estee lauder etc etc) brush for makeup…which one wud u buy? How about eye makeup, which 1 would you buY?

Whatever you get, make sure it is real hair and not synthetic hairs on the brush. Some of these places sell super expensive brushes and they are still synthetic (i.e. Sephora brand ... what a waste of money). It's not worth it .... unless they are real goat/horse hair. It makes a world of difference in make up application.

Chanel brushes. Make up it all depends, some brands have better eyeshadow, while another brand may have better foundation and . Best to go to the mall and ask the ladies/gents at the counter.

i would go for mac make up brushes but they are very expensive 
as for eye shadows, mac have some very interesting shades that you can co’ordinate with asian suits:chai:
