Shirely Wu’s awesome, but I do think that other makeup artists are comparable. Especially Kavita Suri! My family friend had her makeup done by Kavita and she looked absolutely stunning! There are very few makeup artists out there that can do red wedding makeup nicely, but Kavita did a great job. Another good alternative is Wania. Wania learned her makeup from Shirley Wu. I know a girl who got her makeup done from Wania last year, and she looked beautiful, the makeup was very nice and simple (she asked for it to be light and simple, not too cake-y). Check out Wania’s page on Facebook, she has some good photos in there.

If you don’t want to look at alternatives though, go for Kavita Suri, especially since you haven’t seen Jenny’s work. If you really want someone whose learned from Shirley Wu, Wania would be the way to go, especially since you can actually look at her work on Facebook! And honestly, Wania (though young) is pretty much as good as Shirely Wu. Best of luck!

Thanks…u guys are great with these suggestions lol. And yes i have seen Kavita’s work on my cousin’s wife and I have to say that she did a good job with the whole look. Also wedding day dress will be red and I need someone that can pull the look together nicely, and make it natural and not give me horrible orangy lips lolz. So for now I think I will get Kavita on my nikkah and reception…and then for Valima I can go for Wania..as ur saying she’s a good alternative to Shirley. So i’ll check out her fb profile and lets see how much she charges for everything…Thanks for ur help!
