I’ve only seen good makeup artists in Delhi and Mumbai, and in some cities in Punjab. Unless you are educated about makeup yourself the Indian MUAs will take you for a ride and make you look like a bhoothni!

But also for some strange reason… even though people are so called modern in every other aspect… when it comes to makeup its like " bahut makeup lagati hai"
