I don't think we have anyone from Hyderabad India on tis forum. You could take an example of a makeover you like to a reputable salon there and ask them to make you up like that.

seriously make up artists in India suck. Hai, i hate to admit it, but paki make up is way way better at least nowadays, its not as heavy as it used to be.
I don't whats the makeup scene in India ??? I also fail to understand the point of applying maroon eyeshadow on your wedding day which I have seen most of the Indian brides sport.
If anyone knows any makeup artist in Bombay , please do write. I will keep a note of for whenever in the future.

nyways begums is okie...unless the owner does the makeup for you cause the other gals aint good. but you have to tell what kinda makeup you want and hairstyle...and not leave it upto them!@

I've only seen good makeup artists in Delhi and Mumbai, and in some cities in Punjab. Unless you are educated about makeup yourself the Indian MUAs will take you for a ride and make you look like a bhoothni!

I agree with you here, I have yet to see decent work by the mua's there.

But also for some strange reason... even though people are so called modern in every other aspect... when it comes to makeup its like " bahut makeup lagati hai"

yeah so true. sometimes I feel i know more than the mua does lol.. there is a specific kind of makeup done and that is IT.. no one looks wht suits ur face, wht u want - all the brides just look the same :P.. moreover it might be because ppl in hyderabad dont have that interest or exposure to professionally done makeup.. sad but true :(

Unless in Mumbai or delhi Bridal Make up is a real let down for Indian brides, i've seen the prettiest indian girls look dodgy as brides because of poor make up! Punjab isnt too bad due to the high NRI wedding factor.

My cousin sister got her make up done frm Miracle,near Fateh Maidan.It was very natural n not overdone.
Many people prefer going to China but you have to tell them exactly what you want,cuz otherwise,they are just gonna paint your face whiteee n go overboard with d glitter..
You can take a trial n stuff in whichever place you are interested in..
My frnd inquired in MAC in Gvk1 n their price starts frm arnd 10,000..so u can tk a look arnd..
the one who gt her makeup done frm Bubbles was good..
