Hi, there's so many good ones but the two I have experience with are Naome and beauty by Shabana. Both did good job.

I'm not in Chicago but what about Saleha Beauty? She seems to be really popular in the Chicago area and her work is really nice from what I can see in pictures

bump - also looking for makeup artist ASAP but for groom's party. please help, looking for someone reasonably priced that will do hair and makeup for me, mom, sister, and possibly other family members at a reasonable price for my brother;s wedding. Thanks!
