I am getting married in April insha'allah and have both a makeup artist and florist lined up. The makeup artist is not fully established yet but I liked the pics she showed me when we met and her style matches mine. The florist is fairly well known and does excellent work, but I'm not sure what price range you are considering. I should mention as well that the florist is not desi; not sure if that matters to you. I can't give either of them a glowing recommendation because my event hasn't taken place yet but if you pm me I'll be happy to share their contact info so you can look into them if you like.
