no in memnee jaban they pronounce 'z' as 'j'
e.g. zubaida = jubaida, farzana = farjana etc.
this is also true for sikhs, they call visa as vija.

Actually, it is an arabic word pronounced differently in different parts of the world.
Pakistanis tend to read Zuad whereas in actual arabic prnounciation it is Dhuad and hence a lot of Pakistanis tend to say “Walaz-zualeen” in while reciting soorah fatiha. It is actually “walad-dualeen”.
