Have noticed this quite alot, that when i have had makeup on for a while (30 min,) it starts to look powdery or as if i’v just put powder on my face, which makes it look really obvious, i’v tried using facial srubs but it still does. How would i stop it doing this and keep my makeup looking decent or barely there??

don't use powder foundations - use the liquid ones...they don't crack as much over time.
It could also be your moisturizer. Some don't mix well with make-up. Also, make sure you blend the foundation in instead of just caking it on. PCG is also right; in my experience, liquid foundation is much better than powder foundation.
You need to start with skin that is exfoliated. Get rid of dry, dead skin on the surface. Then moisturized well, so skin if very hydrated. Use a very light foundation with sheer coverage (water based, not oil based). Don't used powder on face. Also try cream blush and cream eyeshadow.
