make up question

Hi all,
Thought i would post here, a couple of my co-workers as well as some people in my office are using some makeup that is not cakey and just very easy to go on but with excellent coverage? I am talking abut foundation- i have tried MAC and clinque but i have acne prone skin and both of those make me break out, any ideas?

Re: make up question

There r acne skin care products in market. First u check your skin type. I can help u check your pm

Re: make up question

you can try mineral makeup. I use Bare Minerals (from Sephora), it works pretty good. I also have acne prone/oily skin, but this isnt oily at all, and has good coverage. Or you can just ask the ladies you work with to tell you which foundation they are using. I would like to know as well!

Re: make up question

there are a lot of foundations that don't go on cakey........currently i'm using MUFE velvet matte finish foundation it gives pretty good coverage and isn't oily so it didn't cause you to break out........or yea as saimab33 suggested just ask the ladies what foundation they are using

Re: make up question

Go for Maybelline Liquid Mousse Foundation
That has an air brush finish , amazing coverage , looks way natural.
I have acne prone skin too, but this has worked wonders.
Also Loreal Mineral Makeup, foundation + all over mineral glow, works pretty good.

Re: make up question

If you dont have too many blemishes and need light coverage you could use a good concealer and mineral powder instead. Or mix a small amount of moisturizer into your liquid foundation.

Re: make up question

i have acne scars and Dior's nude works for me. it does not cover 100% but feel very light and looks natural.

Re: make up question

I love Estee Lauders double wear foundation!

It gives full coverage and lasts all day, no touch ups needed. Totaly flawless.

Re: make up question

I have acne prone skin but mineral make up just made it worse for me.

I use make up for sensitive skin...its called CoverFX...its a solid foundation and doenst go on too cakey at all. You apply it with a brush and only use what you need. Great coverage and no breakouts.

Re: make up question

Bare minerals or Bobbi Brown. Give these a try and see how they work for you. Try cotrolling your acne first though. Why don't you go see your GP?
