Hi all
So Im planning to get my sister in law nice makeup kit as her wedding gift..but I dont know which ones to get…some look really cheapy and look as if they are probs crap..
can someone tell me a good place to buy makeup kits in UK, and maybe the brand name too?
Also, does anyone know of a good place to get a eyeshadow kit?-with a lot of colours which stay!

Do you mid telling us your price range? It depends coz not many places do complete makeup kits. Near Christmas No.7 tend to do some kits. Try Bobbi Browm their makeup is usually good. Estee Lauder do kits on a smaller range like mini ones with 2-3 eye shadows, 2 lip solours, a blusher or sthg. You have to take a look at all the makeup departments to find out. I dont know where exactly in the UK you live but House of Fraser, Selfridges, Fenwicks are all idedal places to be looking for these things.

Hi, yeah as the above poster mentioned it all depends on your price range.
I know estee lauder are doing an offer at the moment, where if you buy any perfume you get a whole make up kit inc bags/brushes for £49.99. Have a look at boots or any estee lauder desk!
You could keep the perfume and give her the make up kit! ;)
Also i like a lot of people would LOVE to get MAC make up as a gift. Depending on your budget you could maybes buy her a few eyshadows/blushers/essential brush/fix plus and then give her a gift voucher so she can buy her own foundation. Again everything depends on your budget!
ooo i know mac holiday collection is out next week- i know there is like a mineralized kit coming out, maybe consider that? Holiday collection brushes?

i don’t know if this is available in uk, but check out this pallet it have everything except foundation, eyeliner, and maskara.
i don’t know if tarte is suppose to be a good brand, but the reviews are really good.
