There are many salons on devon street that offer bridal makeup.however, i would highly recommend this girl named shumaila. she works for mac at nordstrom at the old orchard center,skokie.

she did my sister's wedding makeup,both barat and walima and my nikah makeup..she's the best one ive seen in chicago.uses all mac makeup and just great at eye makeup..she can also do trial for you if you tell her the colors of your dress etc/
however she does makeup only and you will have to goto someone on devon for your hair and dupatta.i would recommend bibiya.
we've did our own decos for my sister's wedding and it was just much more affordable.
