Saadia - Natalie has worked on Models in fashion week if you look through her portfolio, so I wouldn’t doubt that she was PF’s MUA too.

lol, well i don't know, i'm just guessing. from what I can tell/know (about them both) it wouldn't surprise me if natty went to the states to PFs make-up. i don't know why she'd put the pic on her facebook/website if she didn't as she has plenty of other examples of good work.
maybe someone should pm her and ask?
