Make me understand this............Only from Quran

I have seen plenty of arguments between amy and other brothers. Especially… Sholay, Abdul Basit, Asif, Sheraz ct, partypooper, a1shah… posted some very good stuff, very knowledgeable, well done guyz.

There is no doubt we can only understand Quran with the help of Prophet(peace be upon him and his family).

Although we read so much knowledgeable stuff from all brothers, but ammy still seems sticking with her flase idealogy.

Now I request her or somebody else to make me understand just one thing, very basic and most first obligation for a muslim only from Quran

That is Prayer(Namaz)

Dear Brother,

If you ask this Question from us who believe in Sunnah and Hadith also along with Quran, We shall be able to give answer of only third Question i.e, Namaz Where to read. And that answer also shall not be a complete one.

The part answer, However is that Namaz to read in Masjid keeping your face towards Kaaba.

For all other questions, Sunnah and Ahadith is the right place to find answers.

But if you will ask this Question to a person who is not ready to give Ahadith Books even the Importance of Historical Books, his answer would be like as under:

"Since there is only one Book i.e, Quran and in Quran there is no mention of such metters, therefore such matters shall be decided on the basis of individual's interpretation of Quran. So Namaz in that case shall be a different thing for different persons. Every person shall consider his own perticular acts as Namaz."

So with emphesising only this metter you cannot convince those who reject all Ahadith.

To make them convinced it is better to collect all Quranic verses which show that to obey The Messanger is also necessary along with to obey Allah.

In Amy’s thread “Does Hadith explain Quran”, she referred the site she got her concepts from ( www.quran.org ). I visited the site, and here is my interesting observation:

In www.quran.org Mr Rashad Khalifah himself translates a Quranic ayat as:

Whoever obeys the messenger is obeying God. As for those who turn away, we did not send you as their guardian." (4:79-80)

and also beleives in:

“This (Quran) is the utterance of an honorable messenger. It is not the utterance of a poet; rarely do you believe. Nor is it the utterance of a soothsayer; rarely do you take heed. A revelation from the Lord of the universe. HAD HE EVER UTTERED ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS UTTERANCES (attributed to us), we would have punished him severely, then we would have stopped the revelation to him (fired him). None of you could have protected him against us.” (69:40-47)

and then he concludes that we should not follow Hadith & Sunna.

how come at one point he says that in Quran Allah commands to follow Mohammed PBUH in order to obey Allah and then he also beleives that Allah would have punished Mohammed PBUH if he had uttered something that Allah didn’t want. Does this “so-called” Dr know the history? does he know what Allah’s punishments are? was Mohammed PBUH punished? of course not, then it means that he didn’t say what Allah didn’t want as well as he didn’t do anything to contradict it (Quran).

And as Allah commanded us to obey Mohammed PBUH, so we should follow his footsteps. if Allah didn’t want us to do this, Allah would have said to follow ONLY & ONLY Quran and not Prophet PBUH.

We oughta be Changez like, don’t we?

Just fore the record Brothers,

Rashad Khalipha is a NUMEROLOGIST. This is his fetish and speciality!

He will try and explain that the Units of Salaat are all explained in the Qur'aan.( Just read his Algebra explanation).

If this was the case, than how comes not one A'Hadeeth on the face of the earth of any 'sect', mentions that this was where the Prophet PBUH derived his information concerning Salaat.

In addition, the Qur'aan itself does not mention that Salaat is in any Numerology.

Islam as we know it came at a period, when the Arabs were classed as 'barbaric, illiterate and NOT mathematical geniuses, specialising in Algebra.

The Qur'aan is Allah's Word and is here for ALL mankind, NOT the select few Mathematical geniuses.

I just mentioned one thing Prayer and didn't mention thousands of any other complicated issues.
I know amy wouldn't answer this

Just to answer. Prophet(peace be upon him and his family) said
Prayer Namaz is the coolnes of his eyes...

If I wouldn't have bothered about women and children I would have burnt those houses where from men don't come out to the mosque to pray when its prayer time.
