Sadi, take a loan from a bank min $500 k by collaterizing against your families house, networth etc...then invest it in a PIPE fund, make sure the transactions are structured with preferred instruments. Or just do private deals on a structured basis, by clubbing in with other HNW individuals and doing a debt deal, with a high coupon with some convertibility should the business go as it is supposed to go.
In five years your 500K would return around 150%.
