i kno what she means.....use concealer hun...especially underneath ur eyes. I have it the opposite..mere ankhey ander jatee hai...but with concealer ur eyes will look fresh. i use mac concealers...going with ur skin tone...u shud get a concealer by that...so b/w pink tones and yellow tones..:)

also...to avoid getting the focus on dark circles...(if n e one else wants to kno)...under the eyebrow line...use a lighter eyeshadow...to make ur eyes look larger...and to make the focus of ur eye on ur actual eye rather than underneath ur eye...

also for puffy eyes...use more lighter shades than dark...don't go to heavy on the eyeliner and stuff..but use like those highlighting eyeshadows...or whatver their called :)

yeah its like as in eyes first thing in the morning....
if skin couluor is fade or yellowish even then i have to use lighter shades on dark eye cirlcles? and can i use eye pencil upper or under the eye?
